Boot Camp FAQ

Schedule

How long is Boot Camp?: There is no fixed timeframe. You stay in Boot Camp as long as you need — you're invited to AlphaWolves when the instructors and leaders judge you ready.
When can I start?: Anytime. Hop into Discord, introduce yourself, and a Drill Master will plug you into the next live campaign.
What's the daily time commitment?: Plan 30–60 minutes a day during a live campaign. Voice drills usually run 1–2 evenings a week.

Requirements

Minimum experience?: None. Total beginners are welcome — we start from "this is the UI". Experienced players get an accelerated track.
What do I need to install?: Conflict of Nations: World War 3 (free) and Discord (free, voice optional but recommended).
Account / age requirements?: Discord requires 13+. We expect respectful conduct, English-language comms, and consistent daily check-ins during a campaign.

Mentorship

How is a mentor assigned?: On day one a Drill Master pairs you with a veteran AlphaWolf based on timezone, learning style, and the doctrine you want to specialise in.
What does a mentor actually do?: 1-on-1 onboarding call, daily async reviews of your moves, replay analysis after key battles, and a final evaluation before graduation.
What happens after graduation?: Successful graduates receive a personal invite into the AlphaWolves alliance and roll directly into competitive AvA challenge matches.

Recruit FAQ

Do I have to be experienced?: No. Boot Camp is built for beginners. If you've never opened CoN before, you're the perfect recruit.
Is there a cost?: Free. Always. The only thing we ask is that you show up and put in the work.
What languages?: Boot Camp is conducted in English. Most of our pack speaks 2+ languages so we can usually accommodate.
Time commitment?: Plan for 30–60 minutes a day during a live campaign. Between campaigns, time is flexible.
Can I skip Boot Camp if I'm experienced?: Possibly — schedule a tryout AvA match with a Drill Master. If you impress, you can be invited straight into AlphaWolves without the full Boot Camp track.
What if I get knocked out of a campaign?: You stay with Boot Camp and rotate into the next campaign. There's no clock on how long you spend here — you progress when you're ready.
